We know how hard it is right now for buyers to make their home purchases because there's just so much buyer competition and so little housing inventory. We know that as a buyer, you might think you have a better shot of it in the Spring when more homes are listed for sale, but guess what? There will also be more buyers in the Spring. It's all relative. Waiting on the Spring market is not necessarily the answer. If you're thinking of moving now, then don't wait.
