Coffee has to be one of the most flexible ingredients in the world, so this season why not boost sales by helping customers explore the Real Spirit of Coffee? Use your existing rijo42 coffee machine to create new specialities, ideal for winter.

Our new winter recipes are simple to prepare, look stunning, taste delicious and are perfect for increasing your menu options. In the run up to Christmas, make your machine work even harder with speciality coffee cocktails such as Bombons or Espresso Martinis, made using standard espresso shots.

Now the weather’s turned miserable, it’s the ideal time to get some winter warmers on the menu – customers will love our Campfire Mocha, Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Churros and Irish Coffee. Go sophisticated with a cool Hazelnut Whip, or completely over the top with a Chocolate OD, composed of rijo42 hot chocolate, chocolate sauce, chocolate syrup and ….wait for it….chocolate flakes. For a cheeky festive pud that can be assembled at the bar for speed, how about our Affogato, a mixture of a standard espresso shot, chocolate syrup and ice cream?
