Women Initiative Network+STEM Participates in First Robotics Regional Competition.

Last week the WIN Utah team had the opportunity to participate in the Utah Regional First Robotics Competition. This competition brings local students together to showcase their love for STEM through their passion for robotics!

Jamie Kinzer Executive Sponsor of WIN Utah was invited to kick off the competition as keynote speaker to these students, sharing personal stories about how the skills they’re learning through this robotics program; engineering, problem solving, and teamwork will help them throughout the rest of their life.

It was incredible to connect with these students in various ways throughout the tournament as we had BD volunteers judging robotics matches and hosting a BD exhibit table to promote our mission and inspire the next generation of STEM enthusiasts to consider using their unique skills to help BD as we’re advancing the world of health?.
