Like every fast growing company, we’re on the lookout for A-players to join the StoryMe team. However, with a war on talent that is more heated than ever, it can take some time to attract, screen, qualify, interview, select and eventually onboard the right talents. So we brainstormed with the team and tried out some new stuff ????.
Our solution for recruitment? ??
Personalised videos with accurate LinkedIn data. We saw that personalised videos can increase the click-through rate on a job ad with up to 164%. That's one of the reasons why we started using personalised video to find our new colleagues. This speeds up the hiring process because it allows you to grab the attention of interesting profiles in the most engaging way yet. Imagine you see your picture as the first message in a video.. and after that, you name, title and school you've been to. Yes, you most probably will click on it.
How it works ??
Available data such as name, location, job title and even profile picture can be used from someone’s public LinkedIn profile and inserted into the personalised video. (This data is publicly displayed online, which is why you're allowed to use it for a limited amount of time).
