A Winning Trio of Inspiring Women Will Speak on Leadership and Culture at the ALI Online Conference

The Kenyan Head of IB World Schools will be a speaker at the ALI Online Conference on Education, Pedagogy and Leadership. On Friday 10th january 2020, she will explore her own leadership journey highlighting how cultural connections can enrich a career in education. We are thankful for Mrs. Nthenge's participation. Her approach to developing education for a better world in Africa and beyond will no doubt inspire you.
The second Speaker on Leadership Journeys and Culture is American Head of School Ariane Baer-Harper who is also the Country Director of Enko Senegal. Mrs Baer-Harper will share how Senegalese and American approaches to leadership have complemented each other in her professional experience.
Last but certainly not least, Proserpina Dhlamini-Fisher the Founding Director of Educational Aspirations will lead a discussion on Hurdles and Opportunities for african Educational leaders. This woman of vision and energy has a lot to teach us when it comes to education, leadership and diversity.
