Winning The Talent Game Through The Strategy That Always Succeeds

During my corporate journey, while building multiple lines of business (succeeded in some and learned in some), I have always asked people and companies a very simple yet significant question.

“What is the most challenging task or activity in today’s highly competitive business environment for any company or organization?”

This question becomes even more pertinent in the current Covid-19 scenario. Over the years, I have received tons of different answers and opinions from various people who had varied experiences in industries worldwide. Some say finance, some say quality leads, and some even said that it’s finding and creating the right product and/or service that can strike the right chord instantly with the end-users.

Now if you ask me the same question, my opinion is slightly different, not that I don’t agree with any of their answers, I do!!! Being in the corporate world and the staffing industry, over the years I have learned that finding the right candidate who can create the desired value for the success of vital initiatives is the most important and challenging task any organization faces today.

As once the successful business person said, “The key for us is always hiring very smart people.”

Hence, it becomes really important for any organization to find and hire the right staffing company that can make a huge difference by providing excellent service and help in reducing talent acquisition costs.

Having the right set of staffing solutions to meet business’ requirements by focusing on the fundamentals is so apropos!! This calls for the staffing & recruiting partner that can create clear and transparent hiring & placement strategy.

A seasoned team of excellent recruiting professionals, that understand the company’s business landscape, can do wonders in providing apt resources.

This team must have the solid support of 4 magic pillars to deliver value-based support to the business team.

1.    Understanding the fundamentals of Job Description with few Critical Success Factors that are a must for any candidate to be successful in executing the job functions.

2.    Capability to Perform in Similar projects. This can be proven based on previous similar experiences. This assessment can be done by the able recruiting team.

3.    Candidate must have the potential to perform in the changing environment at the new workplace. Candidate must possess the ability to improvise and hence innovate to ensure successful execution of assigned tasks. Again, the recruiting team must be able to assess this quality of the candidate.

4.    Candidate must be excited to look into this new opportunity and must see this as career growth. It is the responsibility of the recruiting team to create interest in the candidate to accept this new opportunity.

A recruiting team must possess these 4 qualities in order to be a reliable and worthy Recruiting & Staffing Partner.

I co-founded Mamsys in the year 2011-2012 on this very philosophy and created a framework based on these 4 pillars.

Mamsys has always believed in training its professional team and creating a culture of continuous improvement with immense learning and development.

So whether our clients are looking for temporary workers or full-time professionals, their belief in our expert recruiting solutions to help them solve their unique business challenges has always proven right.

Mamsys can do all that and more because of its commitment, innovation, and teamwork. Our commitment towards our customers is and always has been our driving force.

We, at Mamsys, feel a great sense of satisfaction while providing opportunities to people to earn their livelihood based on their respective skills through this platform. I would like to conclude this article with one quote of Mahatma Gandhi “Be the change you want to see in the world”

It's thought-provoking article Yogesh. I tend to agree with you and Steve also agreed with you long time ago when he said 'It doesn't make sense to?hire smart people?and tell them what to do; we?hire smart people?so they can tell us what to do'
