The Winning Line - Surround yourself with the right people - Issue 21
Bid & Tender Support Ltd
Specialist Bid Writing and Management Consultants - helping your organisation win and retain profitable contract work
Welcome to this week’s edition of our newsletter – your go-to for tips, advice, and the latest news to help you win more work through tenders!
This week, we’re focusing on the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people and the immense benefits of working as a team. When you work with a team, you’re not just sharing the load; you’re gaining opportunities to collaborate, bounce ideas around, and pool together different skills and specialisms. Plus, having others review your work gives you the chance to step back and see things from a fresh perspective.
But we know that for many SMEs, the reality is that you may not have a dedicated Bid Team. Everyone’s already busy with their day-to-day responsibilities, and it’s tough to pull together a team every time a tender comes up.
That’s where The Bid Club comes in!
We’ve created The Bid Club to be your team. Every week, we’ll meet for an hour to provide training, give you space to plan and review, and answer your questions.
Whether you’ve got general questions or need help with something specific to a tender you’re working on, we’re here to support you.
We’ll also help you identify where you have, or might be missing, the resources needed for bids, and guide you on the best way to fill those gaps.
To give you a taste of what The Bid Club offers, we’re running a Free 1 hour Webinar on Tuesday, 5th November at 10am.
In this session, we’ll show you how to write high-scoring answers and give you a sneak peek of what to expect as a Bid Club member.
