I aim to keep these updates fresh each week, but with the Procurement Act going live on Monday, 24th February, and some critical actions required to ensure you’re ready for public sector tendering, I wanted to highlight the key details again.
This landmark reform is designed to simplify procurement, streamline compliance, and reduce repetitive selection questionnaires, ultimately making the process more efficient for businesses.
A New Central Digital Platform – Get Registered
A major change under the new Act is the introduction of a central digital platform, where businesses must register and complete a standardised questionnaire to access public sector opportunities.

Why this matters: - You must be registered to access new tender opportunities. - Completing your profile ensures you can submit future tender responses smoothly. - Some portals have already integrated a section to upload your Central Digital Platform submission, so early registration is recommended for a seamless transition.
