Football for All & World Football Summit

Inclusivity in football or why everyone has the right to feel like a true fan

?Disabled fans only represent about 1% of those football fans cheering on from the crowd at a live game.

This is something that the football community should not stand for; everyone should have the right to enjoy sports and live the complete fan experience.

?

How can we make football more inclusive to people around the world??

?

One of the?many ideas is to recognize those projects that are making efforts and a difference in the world of sport to do so.?This is the reason why World Football Summit has launched, in collaboration with Football for All,?the Football Without Limits Award.

We sit down with?José Soares, Founder & Chief Association Executive at Football for All, to discuss why the world needs this award.

The conversation revolves around the following topics:

  • Why?the scope of inclusivity?goes far beyond access to the stadium.
  • Why?football industry leaders need to?embrace inclusivity in football.
  • How?we can all?make a push for more inclusivity?in sports.

Sustainability in Sport at World Football Summit

Sustainability in Sports

Sustainability is at the forefront of the world's agenda. Meeting the 2030 ESG?goals is not a choice, it's an obligation and to make it happen, sport can play a crucial role to influence positive behaviour among fans.

Referring to Betta Maggio's framework outlined above, in WFS Europe we hope to:

  • Raise awareness around the ESG Goals
  • Drive engagement from all stakeholders in the industry
  • Inspire leaders to take action

Purpose, Sports Ethics & Integrity at World Football Summit

Purpose,?Integrity & Sports Ethics

We can all agree that football has the potential to impact society way beyond the 90 minutes of a match.?

  • How can we help amplify football's role?even further?in making the world a better place?
  • How can purpose be a powerful driver for any sports business?

The mission?of this track is, with the help of some amazing leaders, to answer these, and many other questions that will help tackle predominant issues in society and make the world a better place.
