THE WINNING FORMULA FOR REAL CAREER GROWTH

In my last newsletter, I wrote about navigating the range between authenticity and strategy at work, which can be rather challenging.

I mean, navigating any career – especially in a male-dominated industry – can be incredibly challenging.

We all know the statistics and stories. Gender bias and stereotypes persist, making it harder for us to get ahead. And with fewer women in senior positions, finding mentors who truly understand your experiences can be tough. But these challenges aren’t insurmountable. The key is knowing how to tackle them head-on.
