Winning is easy

Making a difference via coaching, mentoring and creating excellence.
Have you been in a conversation with someone who always says the opposite to what you are saying?
For example: If you say, "What a beautiful weather?" they may tell you, "Yes, but it's unpredictable and can change anytime."
If you say, "Our team lost the match because they didn't play well", they may tell you, "Everyone is here to win and if one loses another one wins. Our team always plays well. They just had a bad day.".
Just like one person's glasses don't work for another, we all see the world through a different lens of our beliefs and experiences. Some people like to focus on the future and talk about what could happen and how their choices and decisions could impact their lives. Others focus using their past experiences to guide future decisions.
Understanding these differences can make a massive difference in how successful we are in creating good rapport, great connections and meaningful relationships. The need of the hour is to acknowledge that everyone is trying to do the right thing and focusing on their success ion their own way.
To have win-win conversations, all we can do is concentrate on the big picture and grasp the higher purpose. We must tune out conflicting thoughts and focus on building connections that stick. Giving power to our relationships is more critical than fuelling our egos. Life can change instantly, and we might end up ruing our decisions forever.
