And the winner is...Uber!
This is what my incessantly analysing mind murmured when I as a customer was sold on what I felt is the best customer service provided by Uber, that is almost "contact-less customer service".
I had to rush for a meeting and used the Uber app to get a cab, the driver apparently was in no mood to pickup and I had to book another Uber cab with some charges on me for cancelling the first cab. I was exasperated and wondering there's not even a number to complain, so what, I thought, will write an email to report this issue...I was also navigating for options on the Uber app on my phone and I found a simple way to report such instances via a few taps, did that and in a few hours my charges were reversed and an "almost personalized" apology email received from Uber team!
So to conclude, the best customer service is when customer does not need to call/mail you and resolution is fast.
