Wineus successfully advised the owners of B?renzaun on the sale of its business to Zaunteam

B?renzaun, an established fence building company, from the Canton of Glarus, is now part of the Zaunteam Franchise AG. The latter has taken over all business activities of B?renzaun AG in July 2024.

With more than 100 locations, Zaunteam operates a comprehensive network in the DACH region. B?renzaun will continue to operate under its well-recognized brand name. Going forward, the previous owner of B?renzaun, B+G Schweiz AG, a leading Swiss gardening and landscaping company backed by Patrimonium and ESG Beteiligungen, will focus on its core business.

Wineus acted as lead advisor for the owner of B?renzaun AG, covering the entire sales process where several interested parties were involved.
