My Wine & Spirits Learning Journey - Episode 1: Spanish & Catalan wines discovery

The first step of my auto-training in the Wine & Spirits industry is now completed!
This august, I improved my knowledge in Spanish and Catalan wines, thanks to 2 wine masterclasses with Eduard Colomé Gracia at Divimuntaner.
?? First training was a 2 hours wine and cheese pairing, with my friends Jean and Clément.
?? Second one was a 2 hours elementary tasting technics, with Laura, Pauline and Pierre.
If you want to do good wine and cheese pairing, here is what I learnt below:
1. Koechler-Rupreckt Kabinet, Riesling + cheese Mas Marí
2. Nunu blanco, garnacha blanca + cheese Curiols Carbonera
3. Trencaclosques rosado, syrah + cheese Tou Casa Mateu
4. Viejo Mundo, tinta fina + cheese Le Put de El Bolut
5. Carrasojuelas, tempranillo + cheese Sant Ignasi

- Roc, garnatxa blanca y muscat
- Desconcierto, alabri?o
- Guillem Carol Brut Nature; xarel·lo, macabeu, pinot noir y chardonnay
- 90 minuts; garnatxa, cabernet sauvingon y syrah
- Elias Mora, tinta de toro
