Wine-Searcher Friday Night - Tasting Sept
Hi Everybody!!!
Today we will have a really nice and interesting red wine tasting. One of the best things about working in the wine industry is travelling. And as many of us arrived to New Zealand to work in the wine industry, there is a lot of people making wine in a foreign country.
This is the case of the 3 wine we will taste:
-Casa Lapostolle Cuvee Alexandre Cabernet Sauvignon, Apalta, Chile. Produced by the French winemaker Michel Rolland, very famous nowadays in South America.
-Bodega Noemia de Patagonia J. Alberto, Rio Negro, Argentina. A really good Malbec from the Patagonia region, owned by the Countess Noemi Marone Cinzano from Italy, that also owns Tenuta Argiano in the Motnalcino region.
-Chateau Le Gay, Pomerol, France. Famous Chateau from the Pomerol region, that from several harvesting they are hiring the Argentine winemaker Marcelo Pelleriti, who also works in Chateau La Violette in Pomerol, Monteviejo in Mendoza and several other smaller brands.
I'm very sure that we will enjoy of all these wines.
Santé! Salud! Cheers!
