Microsoft wants to ensure that customers have a robust set of resources and are informed about their local partner network and offers so that they can as quickly as possible migrate off of Windows Server 2003 and onto Windows Server 2012 R2, Microsoft Azure, as well as Office 365. Partners can now provide Microsoft with their list of offers and tools (as they relate to WS 2003 EOS) so that they can be surfaced within the new Microsoft Migration Planning Assistant online tool (MMPA). This tool is available globally, and allows customers to identify the workloads that need to be migrated, and then provides them with a report listing the tools and locally available partner offers that can assist them with their migration efforts.
