One Minute NLP - The Power of Language Patterns

NLP emphasizes the power of language patterns in shaping our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.?Our choice of words can significantly influence our mindset. For example, saying “I am overwhelmed” creates a sense of helplessness, while saying “I’m handling a lot right now” suggests control and capability. How can you use empowering language patterns to reframe situations and foster a positive outlook?

Another powerful tool in NLP is the use of presuppositions -?statements that assume something is true. For instance, asking, “How will you achieve your goal?” presupposes that you will achieve it, reinforcing a sense of possibility and action.

By consciously choosing our words and using positive language patterns, we can reshape our reality and influence our outcomes.

Meta Magic - Window of Perspectives

Just married,?Sherry and Rohn had moved into their dream home — a place with spacious rooms, a big garden, and windows that brought the world inside. It was perfect. But soon, Sherry noticed something odd. Every day, the neighbour across the street hung out laundry that was never quite clean.

“Rohn, our neighbour is strange. She puts out dirty laundry to dry,” Sherry mentioned one evening at dinner. Rohn nodded, letting her vent.

Days passed, and Sherry kept making the same comments.?

Then one morning, she looked out and saw the neighbour’s laundry spotless.

“Rohn, look! She finally learned how to clean her clothes. Maybe my thoughts reached her!” Sherry exclaimed.

Rohn, still focused on his breakfast, replied, “Actually, I just cleaned our windows this morning.”

My question to you is: How often do you clean your window of perspectives??

Hook From The Book

“I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It’s when you know you’re licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what. You rarely win, but sometimes you do.” ― Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird

Movie Motivation

“Every man dies, not every man really lives.” This quote from the movie Braveheart encourages you to live fully and authentically. It aligns with the NLP idea of taking control of one's life and making choices that lead to a fulfilling and purposeful existence.

This is true we make judgement on other so natturallly that we think this is real and act on that . after getting reality we regrat our action . I think other person also have similar opinion about us and need to give time to align thoughts before making judgement
