The Window: A memory to the past, a lesson for the future

As an individual who was fortunate enough to have visited my grandmother's house as a child, I will always remember the lessons that she imparted to me. Her house was located in a quaint little village, with a quiet street and the sound of birds chirping all around. However, what truly stood out to me was "the window".
This window was not just any ordinary window, but a point of tranquility, serenity, and contemplation. It was a window with a space in it for many plants, and birds whenever they were the guest. It offered a view of the street, where I could observe every single neighbor's activity in the street. Every morning, I would watch my grandmother wake up early to tend to her plants with the utmost care and attention. She would water and prune each plant with her gentle hands, nurturing them with love and dedication. As I sat by her side, sipping my own cup of tea, she would point out the beauty of the nature around us and teach me to respect and cherish it.
Through her daily routine, my grandmother taught me the importance of patience, dedication, and appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. The window became a symbol of my childhood, a reminder of simpler times when life was easy and carefree. For me, the window became a place of solace. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or sad, I would sit by the window, looking out at the world, and feeling comforted by the sight of my grandmother's plants.
Years went by, and my grandmother passed away, but the cottage still remains under the use of my youngest uncle. This window always remains a constant source of positive energy for me.
As I grew older, I began to realize the true significance of the window. It was not just a pretty view or a place of solace, but it was a symbol of family, of love, and of the values that my grandmother held dear. To this day, the window reminds me of the importance of good manners, essential to social harmony, and the past that instilled in me the values of being courteous, polite, and respectful towards others. This simple yet breathtaking place possessed a wealth of unforgettable memories and the importance of the family system in our lives.
As I sit by the window now, looking out at the world, I am reminded of nature and the importance of remembering who I am, how to retain humbleness, and harmony. In today's era where anyone can easily be carried away for a satin ride, such memories are a must in our offspring's lives. It is up to us to keep these values alive and to pass them down to the next generation. The window may be gone tomorrow, but its message lives on. To all the teachers and mentors out there, take a moment to reflect on the simple yet valuable lessons that you can pass on to your students. Let us all strive to create a better tomorrow by nurturing the values of love, respect, and family that were instilled in us by our elders.
Give your offspring a memory that can also hold them strongly, be story teller to them and tie them with essential norms of family system, which makes life a heaven on earth.
