Windhill Office Center returns to the Coleman Land Company

Windhill Office Center- a PanCor & Coleman Land Company development project - comes back to Coleman for a second pass.

2325 Dean Street, St. Charles known as Windhill Office Center, was developed in partnership with PanCor in 2004. After the 75,000 sf twin buildings achieved stabilized occupancy, the partnership sold Windhill to an investor in 2006, making a nice return in the process. After several owners and transition to REO status, the new owners of Windhill OC have retained Mark Coleman of the Coleman Land Company to provide leasing services. Mark says "one good turn deserves another...."
