Wind turbine maintenance WEBINAR by GlobeCore
As you may be aware, the renewable energy sector has been experiencing significant growth in recent years. Many companies are installing wind turbines around the world to harness wind energy. In this discussion, we will focus on oil-filled wind turbine generators.
GlobeCore has been working with liquids for over 50 years and has extensive expertise in purifying, pumping, and performing complex chemical processes like regeneration. Our design engineers developed a machine 5 years ago specifically designed for changing the oil in wind turbine gearboxes.
According to industry standards, wind turbine owners must check the oil every six months and replace it every two years, based on oil analyses. To simplify this process, our equipment can:
The CMM-G model includes two tanks, each with a capacity of 950 liters, for waste oil and new oil. Since the viscosity of gear oil is 320 cst, the oil must be heated to pump it to heights of 120-160 meters. Our unit features a built-in heater for this purpose. Additionally, the unit comes with a generator, which is essential for wind farms.
We will discuss all of these aspects of the equipment during our upcoming webinar on June 8th (in English) and June 9th (in Spanish).
Thank you for your interest in our webinar! To register for the webinar, please send me an email to [email protected] and follow the registration process. We look forward to having you join us on June 8th (in English) or June 9th (in Spanish).
