The Wind Down 16

Hey Gang,

The Wind Down is a list of what I’ve heard, read, seen, learned, thought, a rant, and something useful. Feel free to share if you find something resonating with you.

Word of the Week: Prognosticate: (v) is to predict or foreshadow something.

Quote of the Week: "History is a set of lies agreed upon." — Napoleon Bonaparte

What I Read: "The Ultimate Productivity Hack is Saying No" by James Clear.

The easiest productive hack I've learned.

What I Saw: Understanding finance is vital to understand, and no one teaches it better than Khan Academy.

What I Learned: How to get out of a headlock using Krav Maga.

What I Thought: Always do what moves the needle the most. All else is noise.

Rant of the Week: The computer asking if I'm a computer. Stop it.

Stories of the week: Is it possible to stop living paycheck to paycheck? Have we all lost touch with each other? Be more persuasive, use these 3 to do it.

Engage: If you are reading this, thank you. Would you follow my page?

Wishing you a weekend of good times,

Rodney

P.S. Happy Mother's Day to our moms, especially mine. How did the holiday start, and why?
