We are very excited to announce that Winchester Interconnect has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Aptiv PLC (NYSE: APTV). Aptiv plans to partner with Winchester’s management team to execute on our existing strategic vision and make investments to help support our continued growth. Winchester’s products are seen as a complement to Aptiv’s technology portfolio and will further expand Aptiv’s end-market diversification.

 Winchester will operate as an independent business unit within Aptiv and will maintain its current manufacturing locations, personnel and product portfolio. We remain committed to providing the same customer focus, quality, and product innovation that has served our customers for over 75 years. You will continue to interface with the same contacts as you do today.
