Founder's Message

Dear Friends,

I love being 74 years young!

Why?

Because I can stand on the foundation of my "Life Lessons Learned" and make wiser, better choices AND teach others to do the same. Hopefully, I can help women avoid the "landmines of life" before they step on them (like I did years ago!).

In this message, I invite you to consider 7 of the many truths I've learned and now share with women worldwide:

1. Love truly is the answer to most of our challenges. When we love ourselves, God, and others, we discover that love is cyclical — the more we give, the more we receive.?LOVE.
2. When we believe, in our heart of hearts, that we CAN reach our biggest goals and wildest dreams, we wake up every morning with purpose and a joyful heart.?BELIEVE.
3. It takes courage, hard work, self-discipline, and tenacity to achieve anything worthwhile.?BE BRAVE and SELF-DISCIPLINED.
4. Laughing at ourselves and our circumstances is therapeutic. Sometimes we need to just step back, take a deep breath, laugh, and remember that (most of the time) happiness is a choice.?LAUGH, and BE HAPPY!
5. (Especially for women) Defeating the "Disease of the 3 C's - Comparing, Complaining, and Criticizing" is a prerequisite for happiness.?STOP COMPARING, COMPLAINING, and CRITICIZING.
6. Being grateful - all day long - for everything we have - changes the focus of our thoughts, words, and actions. Having an attitude of gratitude changes everything.?BE GRATEFUL.
7. Serving others gladly, with no thought of reward, enhances our lives in magnificent ways.?SERVE GLADLY.
