Win-Win

We may not have won the cricket on the weekend, but Australia did, which means we came second to the best in the world and I think that's awesome. Although we mostly have nicer manners.

We didn't even win the sevens, but we were beaten by Fiji, and no-one can deny they are breath-taking when they play. If we're going to lose to anyone, let it be Fiji.

But last week I restructured a client's lending which has reduced his overall repayments by a third, and now he doesn't have to sell his house and he's grinning from ear to ear. So he just came by today and put these two bottles of joy on my desk. That's a win-win in my books!
