"The Win-Win Initiative"

Over the last 20 years we have worked for:

  1. Main Contractors - efficiently building and planning lean school construction projects
  2. Local Authorities - planning their high needs and mainstream pupil populations, whilst making best use of their existing estates and limited budgets
  3. Academies and Diocese Trusts - strategically planning their school estates

The time has come for all of this experience to be rolled into one comprehensive service offering that can be accessed at both Local Authority and Trust Level, which we at 1st Planner are calling "The Win-Win Initiative".

In simple terms, it is a unique data-driven approach to convert Local Authority pressures into mutually beneficial opportunities for education providers; where all stakeholders benefit. The concept is very simple; unless everybody involved in the planning and execution of school development projects improve their situation, then there are no projects.

The reaction that we have received from Local Authorities, Multi-Academy Trusts and Diocese has been amazing and everybody involved in the process has fully embraced our "Win-Win" approach.

If you would like us to show you exactly how we do this for both Local Authorities and Trusts, please send me a message with your contact information. We'll then schedule a meeting to explain in detail; using data specific to your organisation to demonstrate the pressures and opportunities that are available to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.

This thought process may well be the future for helping to expand, improve and deliver the ever demanding education estate nationwide.

It's a great idea, and all academy trusts should be looking at this. I've known Rob for a few years now and have introduced him to MAT clients who have been really pleased with what 1st Planner has been able to do for them. Having just moved to Veale Wasbrough Vizards I'm looking forward to being able to scale this up - the Win-Win programme is going to be an exciting time !

I have been fortunate enough to work with Rob briefly. Well worth looking at this and validating or rethinking your plans.
