Win a trip to Ireland! Selling out! Draws 12/25

Dear Friend of the Ireland Institute of Pittsburgh,

Since 1989, the Ireland Institute of Pittsburgh has welcomed over 2200 disadvantaged young people to our city on Wider Horizons, Walsh Visa, and other programs, providing training and personal development, empowering them to find work and contribute to their communities at home.

Over the years, you have been a great supporter of our work. With that in mind, I am asking once again for your help.

The Irish Castle Vacation Prize Raffle is designed to help us raise $25,000 to support our mission. We are asking you to sell tickets for the raffle. Each book, enclosed, per your offer to help, is made up of eleven (11) tickets. Each ticket offers the buyer seven (7) chances to win a trip for two to Ireland, including airfare, six nights accommodations and a car for the week. The winning number is based on the Pennsylvania Lottery’s Pick Four draw on Christmas Night, December 25.

Tickets sell for twenty dollars each. Book sellers are expected to return ticket stubs from each book, along with two-hundred dollars ($200). Sellers may elect to submit the eleventh stub for a free chance to win OR sell the eleventh ticket and keep the $20 (our way of saying thanks).

It is very important that you keep track of the stubs in your book so that we can quickly identify the winner.

We will check in with you over the next few weeks to see how your ticket sales are progressing.

Thank you for your continued support of our good work. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 412-394-3900.

Thanks and good luck!

Gratefully,

James J. Lamb, President

Ireland Institute of Pittsburgh
