A Win For Them is a Win for You

Dear Friends,

Let’s talk about how we have been winning.

Being able to intently listen, be creative and collaborative, has gotten us some excellent wins over the last?100 DAYS?for our clients where there are some people who are uncertain of what’s happening in their market.

For sellers, staging in a way that allows for incredible interest has been a great marketing and sales tool.?Two of our listings have been / will be highlighted in major media outlets?to show how popular the listing is and from that we have and hope to gain offers from the public showcase. Also, pricing in a way that distinguishes our listing from other listings in the building gets buyers curious and has allowed us to have higher showing numbers.

For buyers, making sure they are the first to see the property before the first open house or even before it hits the market, and the first to make an exceptional offer package?to stop multiple offers from even entering the door; to making sure we understand how a new development works, what that developer wants and creating an offer around those needs; to listening to our clients and what their needs and wants are and building an offer around that to present their best foot forward to the sellers.

From being strategic and being able to be creating, we’ve had a few new listings and a few more about to go on market, have gotten several accepted offers and a few more into contract in our first 100 days of 2023.?

So why am I saying all of this??Are you hearing and reading things that are saying the market is not great? I think it would behoove you to not read the headlines that give broad brushstrokes on the “market” when in NYC alone there are about 70-80 markets. Instead - maybe it’s time for us to catch up so you can get real live, boots on the ground information.
