Win Now with Inflation-proof E-Commerce Products

Results from the 2022 Amazon Prime Day event are in. And it's a sign of the times. With inflation coming in at a 41-year high of 9.1% in June, this year's biggest e-commerce event showed a palpable shift away from nice-to-haves and distinctly to must-haves.

According to reporting by Retail Dive, Amazon Prime Day shoppers were more budget-conscious than deal-conscious: Just 5% of items sold for over $100, while 58% sold for under $20. And if you're fascinated by consumer purchase stats like I am, you'll dive into Numerator's analysis of the trends toward essentials.

What are you doing to address available consumer and business e-commerce spending dollars? Good insight. It mirrored my own feeling in a lot of ways. I look for items on my wishlist and then passed because while there were some discounts, I didn't really need any of the items yet. Bought three things. A 4 month Kindle Unlimited subscription for $4.99 and two items under $25.
