WIN!!

Just wanted to share the experience from an amazing day we had today Moreld Apply ! My fantastic colleague Astrid Aadn?y arranged a Safety day and the key speaker was Anja Hammerseng-Edin - focusing on 'the golden standard' and how do we achieve it!

And what a good lesson it was ?? My key take away : WIN - What's Important Now!!

WIN : Stay focused - and control the 'noise' coming from your friend on your shoulder (Yes we all got that voice - sometimes whispering and sometimes screaming!! ). Be good to yourself - stay focused!

WIN : Remember we all got it - so be a good role model for the team! Let's have each others back - and show it. (and my weakness : remember to celebrate !!)

It all sounds so logic when I summarize it - but it was a great reminder and such a motivation! And I can already see colleagues using WIN in their communication on our team sites!

Astrid Aadn?y and her team had a full program afterwards: from external threats and personnel security by PST - to more personal safety like CPR, Fire safety and handling of acute illnesses. I would like to give a huge shout out to our Line Budsberg and Alexandra Nadine Salamon who told their personal stories of acute illness and fire at home. I think we all got the message loud and clear - see the doctor when you experience rapid change in your well being! And be mindful around fire hazards in your homes. Thanks again for sharing!!
