On Sunday, we went to the new Sofi?Stadium in Inglewood to watch the Raiders vs. Chargers football game.
I bought these tickets months ago for my husband's birthday, and finally, the day arrived.?
?
Raider jerseys on, tailgate snack packed, breakfast with our favorite Charger fans, and then off to the stadium we went.
?
A sea of Raider fans surrounded us at the game.

Win, lose or tie. Raiders til we die. ~ Raider Fans

In the world of football, like in business, you often encounter ups and downs.?
?
Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but what truly matters is the consistency of showing up and enjoying the game, regardless of the outcome.?
?
Consistency is Key.
Like in business, football's success is built on a foundation of consistency. The players and teams that consistently show up, practice, and give their all are the ones that have the best chance of winning. It's about the daily effort and commitment that adds up over time.
?
What activities are you doing each day that move the needle forward?

Enjoying the Journey.
Life and business are journeys filled with excitement, challenges, and unexpected twists, like watching a football game. It's essential to savor each moment, whether in the lead or facing adversity. Our day at the stadium reminded me that the thrill of the game is not just in the final score but in the moments of joy and collaboration along the way.?
?
How are you adding play time into your daily life?
?
Trust the Process.
Success can take time and effort. There will be fumbles, interceptions, and setbacks, but it's crucial to trust the process and keep pushing forward. Having a communication strategy is just like having a playbook. You have to get clear on your message and how to communicate it in a way that grabs attention and moves people to take action.?
?
What message are you sending?
?
The Raiders rallied at the end, though not enough to get the win.
?
We may not always win, but we'll always cherish the memories and the magic in the moments that get us closer to our goals.
As we jump into Fall and Q4, let's keep in mind the spirit of the game.
?
Tackle all that business and life give you with enthusiasm, determination, and a whole lot of playful fun.
xoxo,
Darlene
