For the sake of argument say 10% interview. What makes you so much better and special than the other 99 people with the same skills?? Attitude, Personality and Confidence in one's abilities can sometimes be the difference.

9 年I agree that chemistry is core: people like to work with people they like, obvious through that may seem. If only we could bottle the magic to get the all important face to face! Ideas?
