Bleeding Edge Tactics: Can Your Company Website Rank on ChatGPT? ??
Millions of people are turning to ChatGPT instead of Google to ask their most pressing questions, and it's easy to understand why. When you have a question, you want an answer. With ChatGPT, you no longer have to sift through dozens of search results looking for it.
And now, as we reported in Issue #1 , companies are starting to get leads from ChatGPT. We had a few folks write in asking the right question, “How do I get ChatGPT to refer my business?”?
Neil Patel and his team did a full-out study analyzing over 80 ranking factors for ChatGPT recommendations and have determined what really matters to ChatGPT:
All of these factors should sound familiar. They are very similar to what helps you rank with traditional SEO. This is good news because it means that your SEO strategy may not require drastic adjustments, but it’s still important to keep ChatGPT and its billion+ users on your radar in 2024!

New in Search and Social: YouTube's BIG NEW Updates for 2024! ??
YouTube just announced some really powerful future updates that you need to put on your radar for 2024:
Here’s a bit more about each update:
Dream Screen - promises to “allow you to create AI-generated video or image backgrounds to your Shorts simply by typing an idea into a prompt.” This update makes it easier to create YouTube Shorts.
YouTube Create App - “The app offers video editing tools including precision editing and trimming, automatic captioning, voiceover capabilities and access to a library of filters, effects, transitions and royalty-free music with beat matching technology so that creators can produce their next YouTube video without relying on complex editing software. All this, right from their mobile phones.” Note: this app is currently in beta on Android in select markets!
YouTube Assistance from AI - new AI-powered tools for growing your channel, outlining new video ideas, finding soundtracks for your videos, and even automatic dubbing!
What does it all mean for your video marketing strategy? Consider this…
YouTube is the second-largest search engine in the world.
According to HubSpot, video is the most popular and effective media format for the fourth year in a row.
Video is here to stay, and that’s why I’m so excited about these updates. YouTube is honing its product around AI and making it easier than ever to create great video content. Soon, you’ll be able to create a masterpiece for YouTube right from your phone.
YouTube Shorts has now climbed to over 70 billion daily views from over 2 billion signed-in users every month. YouTube sees the opportunity here, and they know the best way to keep those numbers climbing is to make it easy and accessible for everyone.
