Wilson Financial Services welcomes Mr. Kuriachen PK!

With an illustrious career spanning more than 37 years as financial services regulator in multiple jurisdictions including India & Mauritius, Mr. Kuriachen has an impeccable track record as an expert in Banking, fund management, regulation & supervision of financial markets (capital markets, mutual funds & global business). 

As the CEO of FSC Mauritius, he led the integrated non-banking financial services regulator (Regulator for capital market, Insurance, Pensions, NBFCs, Global Business Corporations etc) of the Republic of Mauritus & was instrumental in formulating various policies that strengthened its position as one of the favourite investment destinations, before taking up the positon of India representative. 

Retired from SEBI in August 2017 as Chief General Manager (CGM), Mr. Kuriachen worked in almost all departments including Investment Management, secondary market, Investigations, enquiry & adjudication etc. He was also the designated authority for over 600 quasi-judicial proceedings & passed landmark orders. 

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), qualified banker (CAIIB), & holds a certification in Global Capital Markets from Baruch College (NYCU-USA). Previously, he has held positions as member of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Regional Committee group for sub-Saharan Africa (FSB-RCG), Council Member of the Mauritius Financial Reporting Council & Board Member of the Statistics board Mauritius.
