WillowTree Releases Equal Pay Day Data

For the 3rd consecutive year, WillowTree is posting our salary comparisons by gender identity for titles on #equalpayday (for titles with greater than at least 1 point of comparison). Without transparency and accountability, there is no equality.

These numbers don't of course take into account seniority or performance within a given title. We are proud of the progress we have made, but in certain areas still clearly have work to do. We challenge all CEOs and companies to join us in publishing this data.

Product Designer: M +1.6% (i.e. males 1.6% higher)

Sr Product Designer: M +4.0%

PM: F +9.0%

Sr. PM: M +4.5%

Software Engineer: F +5.0%

Sr. Software Eng: F +4.0%

Platform Eng: M +.5%, Non-Binary -3.8%

Principal Software Eng: F +2.6%

Test Engineer: M +3.4%

Sr. Test Eng: F +2.2%

Platform Test Eng: M +1.0%

Technical Requirements Manager (TRM): M +2.9%

Sr. TRM: M + 8.7%

Out of curiosity I searched #equalpayday Do you know what percentage of posts were from males? I estimate 1/100. So thank you for your honesty in publishing these numbers but thank you even more for supporting your female counterparts.
