Willis St. Apartments Detroit

Willis St. Apartments is a six unit aprtment building designed to preserv the neighboring architectural aesthetics. GDI Design was tasked to design the structure and MEP for this project. GDI Design in coordination with the architectural team and the client was able to come up with a viable solution having the structural and mechanical team under the same umberalla.
