A willingness to be uncomfortable.
It is easy to communicate about optimal health and fitness, the practice to actually get there requires courage. This process is holistic. It's about getting the relationship with myself right. That is the only relationship I can control. What I have learned is that this must be practice from a place of love and knowing my worth. That like the health and fitness journey takes time. Aging well and strong is a privilege and that work is never done no matter where you currently stand.
