People who have achieved things that were thought to be impossible have usually been demotivated, bullied, shamed, and bullied again because they were thought that they couldn't. Plus having a strong will power !
Will power isn’t willingness to try ! It’s your power to try beyond your limits !
?Most of us might already know its reason, for the few who didn’t have an idea about it.?
?I’m here to say.?
?This situation might be a common one, the most hyped people in school, colleges and even in the workplace might have succeeded.
?But the ones with no backup or background or no hopes will reach a step higher than the expected persons.?
?They emerge out of the dark because their entry wasn’t calculated or guessed by anyone. If we search behind the will weapon they would have handled is “WILL POWER“
To develop willpower, we have to gain the correct understanding of it.??
?The willpower that we are discussing has two sides. Side 1 is to have a goal that kindles the fire of desire inside us to reach, achieve or move forward along with it in the path to improvement.?
?During most of our days, we would be in a dilemma especially at our young ages where we might have a lot of distorted visions and hopes of many paths to pursue because we don’t have a clear picture to chase.
Certainly, one particular moment in your life you will identify your passion, the one which will ignite the fire of the internal desire to succeed in it is the first part of the formula of willpower.
?Now the question is how to choose the goal to reach or travel further?
?The one for which you are ready to give up on the most important thing according to you.?
?It might differ from person to person.
Imagine for an introverted person if their goal is to become a public speaker, they would have to give up on their social space to understand the perfect balance to handle their goal.?
?But it isn’t possible the next day when the idea of being a public speaker arises in their mind.?
?That’s when the base of Will power comes into the picture.
?But before the birth of the idea of the goal to conquer starts inside you, you should have a base will power where to withstand the actual test that comes along with your greatest target.
?If there isn’t an ultimate goal to reach today for you, no issues.?
?Try developing willpower as a habit so that you get involved in your body and have muscle memory.?
?To assist you in developing only there exist the other side of the Formula, “Developing your tolerance level“.
?How to develop the tolerance level, but first of all what is tolerance level?
The answer is to “Raise your Limit” and expand the limitations on yourself.
When I say about limits it has different aspects and dimensions to explore.
For the same example, we shall begin with extending “Hi/Hello greetings'' to add a one-line talk, then to initiate two or three lines of conversation and slowly increase it to the level of public speaking.?
Think if we start with an extempore in front of a crowd will it be the same as the first try.
That’s the exact difference that I’m speaking about when I say “raise your limit”, increasing at a steady pace will be easier than starting at high speed.
How to inculcate this habit?
First,? If you decide on giving up distractions, you will have to stay on your word and try to expand the period of your period control. In other words, it’s called gratification.
?After deciding to start communicating with people how hard it may feel, staying up for a conversion is the way to move forward. We may feel like quitting the talk at the first minute but delay the habit of quitting the first minute and extending it to thee. This process is called delayed gratification.
Second This step will help you To move your thoughts from instant reactions to your interests that might distract your aim from your target.? This move is to prepare you to be ready to give up small deviations to reach your destination.
Let me clarify,? I was the one who asked you to act on your desire. Now I’m asking you to have control over the instant reactions to your wishes. Understand there is a huge difference between wishes and desires. Remember not all wishes require your time, you will have to pick up your priority. This process will help you organize your time for priorities.
Third, to improve your internal skills and your ability to face different situations which will contribute more to improve your mental competence.
All these three attributes help you keep prepared for the day of travel to your goal just like the way we prepare our weapons for wars years before the actual day of the fight.
This is the way to proceed to develop your willpower.?
Now it’s up to you to develop willpower or wait for your goal to show up…
Try this as a challenge to improve your willpower and prove it to yourselves for Once loud and clear that will be your first step of the journey.
