“Be the Table” - Jimmy Iovine

Last week I took a note from Reid Hoffman’s Masters of Scale podcast ft. will.i.am.

In the episode Will.i.am reflects back to when legendary producer Jimmy Iovine told will, “If you stay at the table long enough, you’ll figure it out. You just got to figure out a way to stay at the table or Be The Table”.

That resonated with me as I geared up to host my annual Founders Night event where I invited all the past guests from my podcasts. Throughout this journey in creating the Leaders Live show, my goal has always been to bring value Founders by helping tell their stories and connecting them with likeminded business leaders.
