At Mamazen, we are wild; we build companies from scratch through standardized processes without being contaminated by outside ideas: No incubation, no consulting, no acceleration; here, we create startups from scratch!

Here is what you get:

• 150K€ Funding to pay salaries, operational costs, and marketing for the first six months
• An operational team from day one. You will work with the Mamazen team
• A vast network of Mentors and investors
• The most significant piece of the pie. We give our founders 70% of Equity (for the founding team, usually two co-founders and an early hire)

Whom are we looking for?

While there's no magic formula, we want to hear from you if you have at least one or more of the following:

• Track record as Founder/Co-Founder, you raised money from professional investors and/or made an Exit
• Experience as CxO in a ScaleUp
• Experience as a Growth Hacker with a deep focus on validation

• Your goal is to launch a successful startup and bring it -whatever it takes- from zero to Exit
• Every day you will be out there in the jungle making pitches, raising capital, talking to investors, customers, suppliers, and banks, and managing your team simultaneously. Founders wear many hats, so flexibility is a must-have
• You need to be obsessed with validation customer discovery, you need to be data-driven, and you need to focus on the customer. But you already know that. Right?
