The?Women in Leadership Institute? ?is just weeks away and soon my favorite week of the year will be here!?Thousands of women leaders will come together in Orlando, Florida, and virtually this November 1-4, sparking inspiration, collaboration and community.

As the host of this immersive leadership development experience, I am pleased to announce our theme: ReCHARGE, ReIMAGINE, ReIGNITE. Especially now, as we regroup from the last few years of chaos, it is critical to give women leaders the space to focus on themselves and on their leadership.

• Dena LaMar of Advance Auto Parts, who is an innovative changemaker focused on charting a path to a new, inclusive future where women thrive at the highest levels.
