Please join us in welcoming the first cohort of Andrew Rooke 's Introduction to Workplace Wellbeing, Flourishing & Leadership Program.
The group of diverse individuals arrived eager to start their journey to flourishing and were welcomed by WiBF CEO, Stephanie Girard before the program founder and presenter, Andrew Rooke greeting them warmly and explained what the program was all about.
By the end of the session, participants were filled with a sense of hope that by the end of the program, they would be on their way to flourishing in the workplace.

WiBF is proud to announce an exciting opportunity for leaders to take part in an in-house Governance Development Program and The Company Directors Course? (CDC), via the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
The AICD's Board Advance Program is an innovative and powerful way for boards and senior executive teams to strengthen their governance capabilities and performance. While the CDC has helped 65,000 directors become better prepared for the changing business environment. Through this course, directors gain knowledge and skills to perform their roles and responsibilities more effectively, helping them take their boardroom performance to the next level.
In line with WiBF's mission to advance women in leadership, these programs offer an exciting opportunity for leaders. With more than 47,000 members, the AICD provides a wealth of resources and connections that can be leveraged to increase the representation of women in director roles.

WiBF 2023 Mentoring Program
The Mentoring for Success Program, in partnership with Serendis Leadership , provides an opportunity for participants to accelerate their career and develop inclusive leadership awareness. Mentees are matched with mentors from different organisations within the industry creating positive connections across functions within the sector.
Open to all genders from middle to senior management, the program combines informal and formal sessions with a series of events and workshops designed to enhance leadership and mentoring capabilities.
