We Build Secure (encrypted) PPPoE Wi-Fi and Ethernet Networks
One of our recent jobs was to install super fast broadband in to 22 businesses at a London based business park. There were multiple challenges along the way
- Wayleaves - Different units had different landlords making the wayleave situation tricky.
- Under the road - we had to dig a channel in the road to lay some ducting for the cable.
- 100m rule - every 100 metres there needs to be a "node" as the signal becomes weaker the further you go unless it is re-transmitted. Difficult when all the clients are in opposite corners of the park!
- Across the road - where we could not dig, or it was too expensive to do so we crossed the road with a custom built Wi-Fi solution using galvanised scaffolding and Ubiquiti Nanobeams to bridge the gap.
Sadly the day I took the pictures was extremely grey and wet, typical!
"Pipeline" we had to build goes under the road and up, through the wall.
