Why ZERO matters?

I just finished my first year in Playabit; a casual studio we created under Wild Life Studios.

As The Head of Studio; I've created ZERO presentations for our investors or executives this year so far.

The time that I have spent convincing my investors for the type of game that WE want to build was again; ZERO.

The occasions that my possible hires were rejected because some Executive thought they don't fit to his/her culture or the way he/she used to work was; you guessed it right... was ZERO.

Zero presentations was also a big part - IMO - of what made Gram Games’ development approach so successful. I wish I could take credit for that approach, but it was already in place when I joined. It definitely made it easier for us to grow Merge Dragons. Being able to explain something is not the same skill as being able to do something. And explaining takes time away from doing.
