We are entering a world where everyone is getting onto social media (ok the market is still very undersaturated, but getting more so every day). If you are one of those who are, making content there are three questions you should be asking yourself.
1) What is your goal with the content you are creating?
2) What results are you getting from the content?
3) What do you need to change to get the results you are actually after?
Too often I see those who are creating YouTube content with the goal of wanting to get more clients, selling more of their courses, etc, and not creating the content that will actually do that. Most people are creating 'thought leadership' type content (which is great to get you known in 3-10 years from now) and expecting it to grow their business immediately.
You need to understand how to make content that actually will help you reach your goals. Sit down and go through your funnel, your content, and your results and see if it really is accomplishing what you want it to. If it's not quite there, you need to figure out how to get it there! There are 3 different show types people usually make, one is great for getting clients or referral partners now, another for selling more of your products/services, and the last will get you known over years of creating.
