Why are your social media posts not seen?

Many of my colleagues in property, finance and immigration are now struggling to create content for social media. They post photos and stories on Instagram, and sometimes there are more informative posts on LinkedIn with property listings, expert comments or "let me tell you my story of who I am and how I became successful".

All these publications have one common issue - low coverage and low number of views. If you are not an influencer and do not have a large loyal audience, your publication will be viewed by 20-30 people, at best a couple of hundred.

Can this be improved? Yes, but social media is encouraging you to pay for paid advertising. Pay it or leave it. Instagram and LinkedIn want you to pay them to have your post seen by your friends or targeted users.

Is there organic promotion? When your posts are found and seen organically by thousands of potential subscribers and customers? In theory, yes; in practice, it's much more complex.

Firstly, you must choose the right format for your publications. What is the most popular format in the world? That's right, it's video. Do you already make high-quality videos for social media?

Secondly, what's the biggest social media platform in the world that drives organic traffic and is the world's #2 search engine? That's right, it's YouTube. Are you already making videos for YouTube?

Third, what kind of content do you find interesting to watch? Talking head style videos like "Please look at me" or interviews with interesting people, athletes, artists, and world experts? That's right, you need to rethink your content strategy today.
