Why your sales team doesn't follow your new strategy

Why your sales team doesn't follow your new strategy

When you're leading a sales team, you (hopefully) will do regular course corrections and change strategies.

Yes, it would be awesome to always be right and never have to change.

But I've never seen a sales manager or a sales team that got it right from the get-go.

So if you aren't shifting gears and changing strategies, it probably doesn't mean that you've already figured it out. It means you stopped learning.

But here's the thing:

From your perspective, that new strategic initiative, that change you want to propagate among your sales organization, might make total sense.

But your reps?

From their perspective, they've invested time and effort into learning your way of doing things ...

... and now you're asking them forget about all that and learn your new way of doing things.

And at some point, they might not follow you anymore.

They might just stop believing that following your ever-changing directives is actually in their best interest.

Especially if you ask them to change again and again and again.

So what do you do?

How do you get sales reps to buy into your new strategic initiative?

That's what I talk about in my latest video for sales leaders. Click here to watch it now!
