Basically your body gets used to your energy balance and what was once a calorie deficit is no longer a deficit, it’s maintenance!

Recalculate your calorie deficit and check your energy output. You need to make sure you either pull calories down and/or increase activity.??


This can be accomplished by something as simple as increasing steps and reducing that amount you eat each day, until results start to show.


Inadequate Recovery:


Recovery is often an overlooked aspect of any fitness journey, but it's crucial for achieving sustained fat loss.?


Allostatic load, or the total amount of stress from all aspects of your life in addition to lack of sleep can seriously hinder your results.


Solution.

Prioritize adequate sleep, as it plays a significant role in both physical and mental recovery.?


Additionally, consider incorporating stretching, foam rolling, and other recovery techniques into your routine.


A well-rested body is better equipped to handle the physical demands of exercise and is more likely to respond positively to fat-loss efforts.
