? Why your business isn't growing - #374
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." – Albert Einstein
Most business owners aren’t stuck because they lack talent or drive.
You’re stuck because you’re doing too much of the wrong things and not enough of what actually moves the needle. You spend hours putting out fires, micromanaging, and tackling low-value tasks, all while wondering why you’re not making progress.
So here is my advice to you:
Audit Your Time: Track where every hour of your day goes. You’ll be shocked at how much time is wasted on distractions, busywork, and tasks that don’t generate revenue. Identify what’s draining your energy and start eliminating or delegating them.
Prioritize Revenue-Generating Activities: If what you’re doing isn’t directly growing your business, why are you doing it? Focus on sales, client relationships, marketing, and scaling—not just keeping the wheels spinning.
Invest in the Right People & Tools: You can’t grow if you’re the bottleneck. Hire the right people, leverage automation, and implement systems that allow your business to function efficiently without you being involved in every little detail.
If you want different results, you need a different strategy. Growth isn’t about working more—it’s about working smarter.
