Leadership Coaching for Married Entrepreneurs who struggle w/prioritizing their marriage while scaling the business?
??Most “entrepreneurs” lose within the first wave of starting their business.
In fact, only 66% of all businesses survive the first 2 years and about half survive at least 5 years. (Source: Bureau of Labor Statistics, Business Employment Dynamics.)
Entrepreneurs build businesses in waves. A wave is simply a part/phase of what can be a long and arduous journey.
Do you really want to start a business? ??
Great, then know that this is a journey. ??
You and your spouse can do it!
In fact, you two can be insanely successful…if you truly want to be.
Building a business takes an ENORMOUS amount of energy and it demands strategy. Your energy will fuel you two to push through the challenges which are certain to arise.
Having a strategy and a tactical plan can make things easier and give you quick wins along the way.
Energy is finite.
Each of you has a limited amount of energy each day and it demands constant refueling?.
That said, your physical energy must be budgeted and allocated wisely.
Your energy must not be spent on being reactive but rather being proactive.
Spend your morning?? in prayer??.
??Meet with your spouse daily
??Eat a healthy breakfast??
??Turn off your social media notifications??
It’s essential to preserving your energy and makes problem-solving easy.
As Marriedpreneurs? you two can maximize your energy and leverage your strengths to compliment one another.
Your ability to be super productive will come from having a plan and playing to one another strengths.
??Outline your desired goals
??Agree on the goals (may take a moment)
??Clearly, articulate the specific actions needed to achieve those goals
??Define roles and responsibilities (each person should do the thing they’re best suited for).
??Prov: 6:6 Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise!
Ants are very organized. One ?? can carry 50X’s its own body weight. They operate as a team and each ant has a specific role. This is how such small creatures are able to accomplish BIG goals.
You two need to operate like ants and play a team around a common objective.
Blessings,
OL
