The Department of Revenue is Washington State’s primary tax collection agency and oversees 60 different taxes that helps fund vital public services including education, healthcare, public safety, and natural resources. We also help manage Washington’s Working Families Tax Credit program, stimulating our local economy, promoting racial equality, and supporting financial stability and well-being of low-to-moderate income Washington residents and their families.
